Returns Policy

At Lostwithiel Antiques, we take great care in packaging and describing all items accurately. Due to the nature of antique and vintage goods, we only accept returns in the event that an item arrives damaged, is found to be faulty or is not as described.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

•⁠  ⁠Your order number
•⁠  ⁠A description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Clear photographs of the damage or fault

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

•⁠  ⁠Change of mind
•⁠  ⁠Incorrect sizing or measurements where details were provided
•⁠  ⁠Minor signs of age, wear, or imperfections consistent with antique or vintage items

Please ensure you review all descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.
