Antique Double-Sided Ostrich Inn Pub Sign

Impressive antique double-sided ostrich inn pub sign, a striking piece of British hospitality and advertising history. Featuring a bold depiction of an ostrich, this substantial sign would have originally served as an eye-catching landmark for a public house, coaching inn, hotel, or commercial premises.

Constructed for outdoor display, the sign retains its authentic character and visual appeal, with age and weathering contributing to its distinctive vintage charm. The double-sided design ensures visibility from multiple directions, while the original hanging hooks at the top allow for straightforward display and installation.

Highly decorative and increasingly sought after, signs of this nature are popular with collectors of pub memorabilia, advertising antiques, automobilia, and architectural salvage. Whether displayed in a home bar, restaurant, garden room, pub, workshop, or commercial setting, it creates an impressive focal point and conversation piece.

Its substantial size and weight give the sign excellent presence, making it equally suitable as a standalone decorative object or as part of a larger collection of vintage advertising and hospitality memorabilia.

A rare and characterful piece of pub history, combining decorative appeal, nostalgic charm, and enduring collectability.
